📦 1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Have original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Be returned within 5–7 days of delivery
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased during sale/discount offers (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer
🔁 3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Email us at aadhyanamo@gmail.com within 5–7 days of delivery.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach photos/videos if the item is damaged.
- Our team will review and respond with approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
💰 4. Refund Process
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (excluding shipping charges).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
📦 5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items only.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund.
⚠️ 6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/video of the damaged product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

- Returned items must reach us in re-saleable condition.
- Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use a trackable courier service.
